Baseball

Maddie has started playing t-ball/coach pitch. She had her first game on Sat and did really well. I think she really loves it, but having Tyler on the team makes it that much more fun!

Here she is getting ready to hit.
At least she is watching the game. When I was little I was playing with my hair and picking flowers
I made Maddie and Tyler pose. Aren't they cute?

When they are waiting for their turn to hit they have to sit on their bucket. Of course Maddie has to pose.

This is Maddies bucket. My friend who is an artist painted her bucket for her. We LOVE it! Thanks Jen!

This is Tyler making a great effort to catch a ball. He is a really good 1st baseman.

Tyler has not had to use the T stand yet. Here he is swinging away.

Of course Jake wants to play but is still too young. Next year buddy.

Luke

Luke is getting SO big! He is starting to laugh and giggle and loves to be talked to. I'am so blessed that he is such a good baby. Here are a few pics that I thought were really cute!

We believe in promoting early reading

All smiles

Family

Corey was able to come for a week and visit. It was so wonderful to have him here. The kids love him a little too much though. They always want to sit on him and can't leave him alone. While he was here we had some family pictures taken. It had been awhile, so we were glad that he was here to take them with us.

Luke and Morgan's dedication

My mom really wanted to dedicate the babies together and we also thought it was a great idea. We believe that baptism is a decision that you need to make for yourself when you are older so as a baby you are dedicated. The parents give their children back to the Lord and promise to raise them as God asks us to. You normally do this infront of the church, but the weekend that my brother was in town was not available. Pastor Mark was willing to do a private dedication at home and it was just as good. We had family and close friends there to help us dedicate our children back to the Lord and promise to help us do our best as parents. I'am so glad that we were able to do this with JD and Jen-It just made it perfect!

Is he the cutest or what?

The dress that Morgan is wearing my mom made for my dedication. Madison wore it and now Morgan. Luke is wearing the outfit that Jake wore.

Not quite sure why Jake had to pick this time to pick his nose, but whatever.

I forgot to put this one in the last post. The little ones in their Mariners gear. Go M's!

Morgan is here!

My brother and his wife and new baby came into town from Texas. This was our first time meeting my new neice Morgan. She was born 2 weeks before Luke and so we were so excited to get the babies together. We love them so much and we wish they would move here!!!

We decided that one fun thing to do while they were here would be to go to a Mariners game. I think the kids had a little more fun than the parents.

The kids pose after the game with their new Mariner Moose dolls that Hama bought. It was exhausing but fun.

The kids were so excited to go to the game I thought maybe they would watch some. Oddly enough I didn't see an inning.

Is she sweet or what?

While we were outside watching fireworks the babies decided to take a nap. By the time we got to bed and then Jake woke up at 6:30, we were all wishing we would have joined them!

MADISON

Everyday we see our kids growing but don't realize how big they are until something big happens. For us the last 2 weeks have been big ones. Maddie has graduated from kindergarten, learned to ride her bike without training wheels, and lost her first tooth. We are so proud of the beautiful and kind person that she is growing up to be.

Here is our little graduate. She is so excited to be going into first grade-why am I so sad?

It's kindof hard to see that she lost one since the permant teeth are already in behind, but both bottom teeth were loose and the second one should be coming out any day. She was scared to pull it out, but let me tug anyway.

Now you can understand why she was scared to loose her tooth. Josh's idea of getting the tooth out! Poor kid!
Here is our little ballerina. She loves to be on stage and be the center of attention. Next year she wants to do ballet and tap-I'am sure my hardwoods will love that!

Maddie loves to play mom and be my big helper. She will one day be a wonderful mother.

Can you tell which baby is real? Maddie loves to play with Luke and already has him playing with dolls.
