Maddie

Madison has been up to quite a bit in the last few months...here are just a few things...

I was horrible at taking pictures of the next couple of things-really because I was chasing the boys all over the gym...

Maddie LOVES to act and sing! She was in a play at school-Jack and the beanstalk. She played a musician in the band and had a super great time. They practiced everyday after school for one week and then performed on Sat. She did an awesome job! She also had a choir performance where she had a solo and sang great! We are so proud of her!

Madison was asked by her PE teacher to be a part of the Cup stacking team-yes you read it right- a cup stacking team. She practiced once a week after school and then sometimes at lunch. Little did Josh and I know how big this was. We arrived at Auburn HS and we found out that it was the NATIONAL CUP STACKING CHAMPIONSHIP! People came from different states and even B.C.! Anyway we thought it was very funny-and then we ran into our good friends the Whitings. Their daughter was also asked to stack for her school-it was great to have friends to visit and laugh with:) Here is Maddie with Jillian

And 7 hours later she came home with 3 medals-great job Maddie! If soccer doesn't work out she can always fall back on cup stacking:)

This winter as part of her Christmas present, my mom and dad took her up and taught her how to ski! She LOVED it but didn't get to go up as much as she wanted due to the weather. Hopefully next year will be better!
