Jake is now playing soccer and having a blast! He plays on a 4/5 year old team in Sumner with 6 kids on his team. They play 3 against 3 with no goalie and are really just trying to learn the rules of the game. At this age they play bunch ball-all players go to wherever the ball is and just try to get a kick at it. Jake did that most of the time but he also spent a lot of time worried about how he looked...if you don't know, Jake is very worried about his apperance. We fight everyday about how many times he changes his clothes, and his clothes have to fit just right-not too big, not too small, short sleeve, long sleeve...wears me out!!! So during the game he would stop to tuck or untuck his shirt, fix his socks, etc. He did really well though for his first game scoring the first goal of the game-FOR THE OTHER TEAM! Oh well, he was very excited and had a lot of fun!
